I have been successful in making a sandbox. Everything is running very well, but I am not getting the different colors for the different levels in elevation. Everything seems to be in blue or a darker blue. The water is running fine, but it just tends to sit there. When I stick my hand out it does produce more water but it doesn’t seem to be flowing with the different elevations. Are the two problems related? Is there a way to fix the color? And do you think I just need a faster processor?

Probably the (distance) threshold for ‘water’ is too close to the camera. If you go to “box layout”, the third number (and last number) of line one should be changed. In this case it should be increased to maybe, 100 (or 102 or so?). Experiment with this number, its the distance from the camera that it interprets as water (beyond this number), all above this would be land.
