I built a new sandbox today and used an XBOX one Kinect. Everything is inverted. I dig a hole it turns red but on the other side of the box. I build a mountain and it turns blue on the other side of the box. I have all of the data and pictures. Here is the most basic info to start.

    boxlayout.txt

    (-0.0757374, -0.0109685, -0.997067), 165.41
    ( 34.0148, 9.79938, -160.482)
    ( -67.6436, 16.7726, -153.859)
    ( 36.1616, 88.4256, -161.966)
    ( -66.8326, 95.1949, -154.419)

Notice the positive number at the end. I tried making it negative, but it would not calibrate.

Full Log of the calibration process. I had some false starts, but it is all there.

Anyone have any ideas? I am scheduled to go back to the shop and try again.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

Your first issue turned out to be a Kinect-for-Xbox-One thing. You need to negate all four numbers in the first line of BoxLayout.txt. Afterwards, run CalibrateProjector again and see if it works.

Thanks, I managed to get it all running. There is going to be a new museum install to put on your map.
