    That often happens when one or more of the collected tie points go astray. For example, if you press the tie point button, and at the same time the disk becomes invisible, or another part of the environment or your body gets detected as a disk.

    The current calibration procedure doesn’t throw out outliers, and the only way to fix this right now is to re-start projector alignment from scratch. Take care that the disk shows up as a steady green circular blob, and that you hold the disk steady for a few seconds after pressing the button.
