    SBCGlobal generally encounters a server error when there is an issue with the server settings you entered to set up your account. You can have a look at the server settings give below and check if you can connect to the server:
    • Inbound server: mail.att.net
    • Port number: 993
    • SMTP server: mail.att.net
    • Port Number: 465 or 587
    • SSL required: Yes
    Keep in mind that the settings mentioned above are for IMAP accounts only. If you find that you cannot access your email account even after you entered the correct server settings, you can call the SBCGlobal customer service number and ask for help.
