Click here for a thread that deals with the same issue.

You also mentioned the use of the xdotool, but I have no idea how to use it (let alone install it). Is there a step-by-step method anywhere that I can use? I have the shaders installed in the files that you provided, but I’m stuck at the button-assigning process.

I was also wondering the same thing! Glad to see people are interested in seeing the different modes on it. I’m also wondering if any map changes are possible with the current software. I’m eager to find out!

Great work guys! I added the scripts to the shader folder in the SARnbox folder, but I do not know where to put the .sh files and make them run withing the SARnbox program. I have no idea how to use the custom keyboard shortcuts tool either, so I’ve tried using the Mint shortcut program but had no luck. The fullscreen script did not work for me either since I’m running a different version of the software. If you guys could help me out, that’d be great! Thanks!

Is there any way to assign these to keyboard keys?

I’m wondering how to add custom maps and overlay them on the terrain. For example, a map of New Orleans to show how hurricane Katrina effected the areas that were located on a lower area compared to those that were not. Is there any way to do this now or will it be in an update?

    Hello Mr.Kreylos!

First off, I’d like to thank you for your outstanding work and dedication to such an awesome project like this. I am part of the “Tech Team” at my high school and we just finished building the SARnbox. Fortunately, we haven’t had any show-stopping issues so far, but I do have one question. How do you switch the “maps” to other ones besides the default topographical one? It doesn’t have to be a specific map, just one with more “color”. If you could let me know, that’d be great! Thanks!
